Foundation
Many factors go into choosing the right type of foundation for your home. The choice will
directly depend on the terrain, soil composition and structure, and climatic conditions of the
chosen site. For timber frame modular homes, we recommend building the foundation with
piles, which are simple, safe, and stable, with a very long service life.
Painting & Exterior
Of course, you can choose different finishing materials and colors. We recommend
using wood impregnated with linseed oil for exterior decoration.
Eco Friendly
Wood is the only 100% renewable building material. Compared to other building
materials, its use significantly reduces emissions into the atmosphere and their negative
environmental impact.
Sustainable
A wooden house is a CO2 storehouse – it stores the carbon the tree has absorbed during
its growth. As long as the wood is used as a building material, this CO2 does not return to
the environment and does not increase the threat to the world's ecology. A cubic meter of
wood used in construction attracts an average of two tons of CO2, which would otherwise
be released into the atmosphere.
